Loyola University Maryland to use StatMonitr

BALTIMORE, MD. -- Loyola University Maryland and StatBroadcast Systems agreed today on a partnership to use the StatMonitr media stats system at the university's remaining home games for men's and women's basketball, as well as at men's and women's lacrosse events in 2012.

Loyola University Maryland is located in Baltimore, Maryland, and is a private university with an enrollment of 6,531. The Greyhounds field 17 varsity teams at the Division I level. With the exception of its lacrosse teams, Loyola completes as a member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The men's lacrosse team completes in the Eastern College Athletic Conference and the women's lacrosse team competes in the Big East Conference. Loyola has competed continuously in basketball, fielding a team for its 103rd season this year. Each of its lacrosse teams have won more than 350 games, with the women's team currently ranked fifth all-time in the NCAA in wins.
